This month’s TNT will host ICiT’s 2014 Film Premiere featuring “Love is Alive” written by Jessica Polk (directed by Paul Skidmore and produced by Rob Cheplicki) and “The Upside of Down” written by Jaida Utley (directed by Motke Dapp, produced by Rob Cheplicki).  ICiT (Inspiring Creative Innovative Thinkers) gives youth a voice by empowering their creativity and celebrating their story on the local and international stage. ICiT celebrates the validation of young artistic voices through world class filmmaking with Nashville’s brightest educators, entrepreneurs, artists and visionary catalysts. These films will also be showing during the Nashville Film Festival which kicks off the day after OZ’s TNT.

Jessica Polk and Jaida Utley were featured in the Nashville Scene’s People Issue last month.

TNT is a monthly program curated by Nashville-based artists representing multiple disciplines of performing and visual arts. Rather than observing a performance, audience members will get a glimpse into the artistic process of Nashville’s diverse and artistic talent in a relaxing setting, complete with signature cocktails, food trucks and conversation every third Thursday.

Check back for announcements of artists and further details.
