Ivy & Josh relocated from NYC to Josh’s hometown of Nashville in 2014 in order to open their contemporary design shop and art space, Wilder, in the bustling Germantown neighborhood. Since that time, Wilder has been host to many collaborations with notable fashion and design figures & brands, both from Nashville and NYC, including Elise Joseph (aka Pennyweight), Pamela Love, electra eggleston, Domino Magazine, Everlane, and many more. They have been featured in major publications including W Magazine, Monocle, The New York Post, Style.com, the Wall Street Journal and numerous fashion and design blogs. In their two years of operation, Wilder has expanded from simply serving as a designer showroom and retail space to curating gallery shows, consulting on commercial and residential design projects and offering modern home staging. They also throw a good party.

For their conversation, Ivy and Josh will discuss the notion of vision, and its relationship to a daily/regular practice. The idea of vision may be considered from a more straightforward creative standpoint, but most certainly applies to one’s decisions regarding family, personal politics, and daily experience. Practices may include any daily process, such as an art practice, writing practice, yoga, meditation and beyond.
