After a month of evaluating submissions, Tony Youngblood and his Modular Art Pods team have confirmed the lineup of artists who will create and/or perform in installations for its showcase at OZ Arts, scheduled for June 21-25.
If you caught the blockbuster inaugural runof our favorite pop-up installation of 2015, you’ll recall that the exhibit puts the “crawl” in “Art Crawl” — the installations are built into 4-by-4-foot cubes that are interconnected to form a sort of tunnel. The experience is very different from your typical gallery setup, providing ample opportunity for artists to get creative with how they communicate with their audience.
