OZ Arts Nashville offers a little slice of something different with “Pi Day,” celebrating the intersection of art, science, technology, engineering and math. Saturday’s date is akin to 3.1415, and OZ honors it with a day of performance, visual art, discussion and food trucks.
Participants in the once-in-a-lifetime event include arts educator Mark Hanf, percussionist/composer Roy Wooten, creative pioneer Laurie Anderson, consumer electronics industry veteran Mark Rowan and OZ Arts Nashville founder Cano Ozgener.
Doors open at 9:26 a.m., and the program runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tickets are $20; OZ is at 6172 Cockrill Bend Circle. Details: www.ozartsnashville.org.
