Beth Chase is responsible for defining and leading c3’s strategic direction, building client relationships, ensuring the growth of the firm. Beth established c3 based on her dedication to the people who make change happen – including team members, clients and the community at-large.

Beth’s strategic consulting includes leading c-suite and board planning, alignment and
critical decision-making, advising executives regarding leadership/team development and culture, facilitating growth and innovation planning.

Prior to starting c3, Beth founded a technology consulting firm and spent 12 years at IBM in a variety of consulting roles. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University
