Faye DiMassimo

Senior Advisor of Transportation and Infrastructure
City of Nashville

Faye DiMassimo is Senior Advisor, Transportation and Infrastructure to Mayor John Cooper. She has nearly 40 years of experience with federal, regional and local public entities as well as the private sector in the development, management and delivery of multimodal transportation programs. Most recently, she was with Deloitte Consulting and has served as the City of Atlanta Renew Atlanta/TSPLOST General Manager and the Director of the Cobb County Department of Transportation. She holds three degrees from Auburn University including a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Masters of Community Planning and Public Administration. Additionally, she is a Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners (FAICP). Faye has participated in numerous leadership programs and community organizations over the years and presently serves on the College Football Hall of Fame Exhibit Hall board. She was named to the Nashville Business Journal’s 2020 Top 10 People to Watch.

Kristin Wilson

Chief of Operations & Performance
City of Nashville

Kristin Canavan Wilson has over 20 years of management experience in operations, strategy implementation, and analytics/performance management in both public and private organizations. As Chief of Operations and Performance, she is currently responsible for managing all departments and offices of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville/Davidson County for Mayor John Cooper. Formerly Deputy Chief Operating Officer for the City of Atlanta, she is applying experience in establishing a performance management approach to local government operations and driving high-impact programs such as fiscal strengthening, government delivery effectiveness and organization / human capital development.

Kristin has also had leadership roles in the private sector, recently the Head of Business Analytics for Velocity Risk Underwriters, LLC, a high risk catastrophe insurance provider with carriers rated “A” by A.M. Best, based in Nashville, TN. She was formerly the Vice President of Market Planning for Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions, where her experiences included managing the integration of the $4.1B acquisition of ChoicePoint by LexisNexis and successfully leading a turnaround strategy of a legacy small-to-medium business and consumer business line. Kristin has also worked in the financial services, technology and aviation sectors, for leading international consulting firm Oliver Wyman. Kristin holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Engineering from Dartmouth College.
